Toad suck Daze!!!

Well I got in! Now the push is on to get some stuff done for the show. I have been busy with my craft room remodel and it is coming great. I just need a few more lights some curtains and a floor buffer.
I have also been looking into opening an etsy shoppe. I am looking for any feedback I can get on the experience.

Craft room remodel.

I am BLESSED! I have this huge craft room. well its a craft room in the makin. We bought a home that had an attached daycare. There is NO daycare in my future so what an awesome craft room! This has its own entrance and exit, 3 actually. LOts of cabinet space and shelves. And I even have my own bathroom! It is BIG ..14 x 80.I really could turn this into a store if I wanted to. But as you can see its this horrible green color. Perfect for a daycare...but NOT for me!

Here is where I will paint, the window has a veiw of my garden and my chickens and my clothes line. There is a door to the right that has a porch and thats where my garden is.

have started with the kilz to cover up some stuff and this is cinder block so it is going to take alot of Paint. Does anyone want to come and help?

 Here is my booth at Blue suede shoes mall in Bryant Arkansas. I am woking on getting it filled up . 

Progress Finally!

  Here is the finished product of  the body parts. I made 6 of these weeder girls. They have wood bodies and wired arms and legs. They will sit anywhere you put them. The hard part of these are slipping the wires down into the stuffed and painted body peices. They bout made me loose my cool a few times. They are BIG too. I am asking $49.00 for these.

These girls have really taken WAY TOO long to finish but they really came out cute! I will be putting these in my antique mall booths and storing some for my future shows.

Bodies everywhere!

I have asked myself  WHY many times this week...why would I make so many of these at one time?

Back in the day I could whip these suckers out in a few days...now its taking me weeks. Hopefully the end result will be worth it!
